Mark T. Mustian was recently installed as President of Nabors, Giblin & Nickerson, P.A. Mark has been with Nabors, Giblin & Nickerson since 1986 and has dedicated his career to exclusively practicing in the area of municipal finance. Mark succeeds L. Thomas Giblin, Immediate Past President.
