Nabors, Giblin & Nickerson Selected as Interim County Attorney to Levy County

NGN was recently selected by the Levy County Board of County Commissioners to serve as Interim County Attorney for the County. In this role, NGN attorneys will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to the Board, the County Administrator and County departments, advisory boards and committees.  This relationship will enable the County to take advantage of NGN’s numerous attorneys and experience to provide a heightened level of responsiveness and efficiency. Heather J. Encinosa, a partner in the firm, is designated as Interim County Attorney and will provide the primary legal services with support from other firm partners and associates.
