Lisa B. Fountain Joins NG&N Tallahassee Office

The Firm is pleased to announce that Lisa B. Fountain has joined the Firm as Of-Counsel in the Tallahassee Office. Ms. Fountain is a seasoned civil litigator with over 30 years of experience litigating complex actions. Ms. Fountain is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-Preeminent rated lawyer and was named to The Best Lawyers in America ® in 2023.

Ms. Fountain will concentrate her practice in the area of Litigation and Appellate Law. Ms. Fountain began her career in 1992 as plaintiff’s attorney where her practice included litigating general liability matters, medical negligence actions, personal injury claims, class actions and product liability cases.  Ms. Fountain went on to serve as a hospital and physician’s defense attorney where she represented physicians, hospitals, and health systems in the defense of medical negligence cases. In 2009, Ms. Fountain expanded her civil litigation practice to include all areas of employment law representing employers statewide, including state and local governmental entities, in state and federal court.

Ms. Fountain is a highly qualified, skilled, and dedicated litigator who possesses a proven record of providing exceptional legal services. Ms. Fountain has an extensive background in various avenues of litigation including tort law, civil litigation, risk management and employment law. With over 30 years of experience Ms. Fountain has a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve prime objectives, the ability to build effective relationships and the ability to navigate complex litigation.

Ms. Fountain earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1992 and her B.S. from Florida State University in 1989, respectively.
