NGN Selected as County Attorney to DeSoto County Board of County Commissioners

NGN was recently selected by the DeSoto County Board of County Commissioners to serve as County Attorney for the County. In this role, NGN attorneys will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to the Board, the County Administrator, the Planning Commission, and County departments.  This relationship will enable the County to take advantage of NGN attorneys’ vast array of local government experience in order to address any need that may arise. Valerie Vicente, a partner in the firm, is designated as County Attorney and will provide the primary legal services with support from Bradley Weissman, who is designated as the Deputy County Attorney. The firm’s other local government attorneys, Alain Boileau, Kerry Parsons, Heather J. Encinosa, Evan Rosenthal, and Kirsten Mood, will assist the County as needed.
