Hoshihara were successful in upholding the non ad valorem assessment imposed by the Town of Palm Beach for the undergrounding of its utilities. Additionally, the Firm was successful in obtaining a judgment for attorney’s fees against the Plaintiff in the amount of $121,377.50 with the Court determining that the action was frivolous, unreasonable and without foundation.
