Nabors, Giblin & Nickerson Successfully Defends the Town Of Palm Beach Non Ad Valorem Assessment for the Undergrounding Of Utilities

Nabors, Giblin & Nickerson attorneys Edward A. Dion, Gregory T. Stewart and Lynn M. Hoshihara were successful in upholding the non ad valorem assessment imposed by the Town of Palm Beach for the undergrounding of its utilities. Additionally, the Firm was successful in obtaining a judgment for attorney’s fees against the Plaintiff in the amount of $121,377.50 with the Court determining that the action was frivolous, unreasonable and without foundation.
