Ms. Wilhelm graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Music degree. After receiving her Master of Music degree from The Juilliard School in 2001, Ms. Wilhelm performed in the Columbus (Ohio) Symphony Orchestra for nine years. In 2012, she received her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law (J.D., cum laude). Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wilhelm was an associate in the Finance, Energy and Real Estate group at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP (Cincinnati), where her practice focused on FHA-insured financing transactions. Ms. Wilhelm joined the firm in June 2015 and concentrates her practice in the area of municipal finance, representing counties, municipalities, community development districts, authorities, and other local governments in connection with the financing of various public facilities.
