For over 20 years Mr. Ignacio has represented clients in all phases of litigation and has successfully defended clients in state and federal jury trials.
As an expert in employment law, Mr. Ignacio has represented numerous private sector and governmental employers and ensures his clients comply with state and federal employment laws. Mr. Ignacio has extensive experience advising management and human resources staff, drafting and reviewing employment policies and procedures, and conducting supervisor and employee training.
Mr. Ignacio was born in the Philippines, but he is a longtime resident of Tallahassee. Mr. Ignacio enjoys travelling with his wife, discovering new places to eat, and finding inshore fishing spots throughout Florida’s Big Bend area.
