Ms. Hoshihara is a cum laude graduate of Florida State University and a graduate of the Florida State University College of law. Ms. Hoshihara joined the Firm in 2012 where she concentrates her practice on representing local governments and related governmental entities. Ms. Hoshihara has dedicated her legal career to representing local government entities in the State of Florida. Her practice includes representation of local governments on a variety of issues and areas, including procurements, contracts, land use, employment and labor, constitutional and statutory interpretation, public finance, and public governance. Prior to joining the Firm she served as County Attorney for Walton County. Ms. Hoshihara currently serves as County Attorney for Okaloosa County, General Counsel to the Florida Courts E-Filing Authority, General Counsel to the Florida Trust, and General Counsel to the Gulf Consortium.
