The firm is pleased to announce that Alain E. Boileau has joined the firm as Of-Counsel in the Plantation office. Mr. Boileau will concentrate his practice in the area of General Governmental and Litigation and Appellate Law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Boileau served as the City of Fort Lauderdale City Attorney.
Mr. Boileau is an AV-Rated litigation and appellate attorney with over 23 years of substantial experience in state and federal courts representing governmental entities and private parties in diverse areas of the law, including governmental liability defense, police professional liability defense, land use, civil rights, elections, parliamentary procedure, legislation, general liability, prosecution and defense of extraordinary writs, code enforcement, employment discrimination, employment and labor disputes, whistleblower litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, and construction litigation.
Mr. Boileau earned his J.D. from the Nova Southeastern University in 1998 and his B.A. from the Florida International University in 1993.
