Harry F. Chiles Retirement From NGN

It is with mingled pleasure and regret that NGN announces the retirement of Harry F. Chiles, shareholder in the Litigation and Appellate Law Practice of the firm, effective July 31, 2014. Mr. Chiles joined the firm in 1995 serving NGN’s local government clients before state, county and federal courts and numerous administrative bodies.

Mr. Chiles’ legal career spanned 34 years beginning as an assistant attorney general with the Florida Attorney General’s Office, as an advocate with the State of Florida Commission on Ethics, and culminating as a Shareholder with the firm.

Mr. Chiles addition to the Litigation and Appellate Law Practice of NGN added valuable insight and experience on employment law issues and land use and real estate matters.  Without qualification, Mr. Chiles served the Firm’s clients with the highest ethical and professional standards.

Mr. Chiles’s legal expertise and infectious humor will be greatly missed by his partners, peers, colleagues and staff alike.
