Members of NG&N presented at the Florida Association of County Attorneys annual CLE program on June 30, 2022 in Orlando Florida.  Gregory T. Stewart and Lynn M. Hoshihara presented on “Public Safety: They Did What?” dealing with legal issues involved in public safety matters.   Additionally, Kerry A. Parsons and Evan J. Rosenthal presented on “The Strange & Unusual: Legal Oddities in County Procurement and Contracting” as to various guidelines for an effective procurement system.
