NGN Congratulates Elizabeth Desloge Ellis Recipient of the Thomas M. Ervin, Jr. Distinguished Young Lawyer Award

NGN Congratulates Elizabeth Desloge Ellis on receiving the prestigious Thomas M. Ervin, Jr. Distinguished Young Lawyer Award during the Tallahassee Bar Association’s Annual Gala held on April 5, 2022.  The Thomas M. Ervin, Jr. Distinguished Young Lawyer Award is given to a Young Lawyer who exemplifies the contributions that Tom Ervin made to our legal profession, The Florida Bar and the Tallahassee Bar Association. The recipient must be a TBA member who has demonstrated exceptional service to TBA, TBA’s Young Lawyer Section and/or the Legal Aid Foundation; who exhibits high standards of professionalism; and has participated in activities that promote interaction and collegiality among TBA members. 

Ms. Desloge Ellis was also elected as both President of the Young Lawyers Section of the Tallahassee Bar Association and a Director on the Board of the Tallahassee Bar Association, and was sworn in for both at the Annual Gala.
